Represented KOAR Wilshire Western on a joint development with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) of a mixed-use public transit/retail/residences project at the corner of Wilshire & Western, City of Los Angeles' Koreatown.
Boulevards at South Bay
Represented client on a public-private-partnership project in the City of Carson, on drafting of Environmental CC&Rs and Master CC&Rs for a three-dimensional airspace subdivision project and transformation of a former landfill site into a proposed regional destination hotel and retail center.
The Lakes – Costa Mesa
Represented The Lakes – Costa Mesa Association in revising and restructuring the CC&Rs regulating the use and operation of a mixed-use development comprising of a large apartments complex, two hotel sites, properties with commercial and residential condominium uses, and a community lake.
Barker Block
Represented CitiView and The KOR Group on an adaptive reuse development of the former Barker Brothers furniture complex into a mixed-use residential/retail development with 310 live/work condominiums in Los Angeles' Downtown Art District.
Rock-Rancho Business Parks
Represented the Rockefeller Group on development, CC&Rs drafting and sale of commercial-industrial buildings in three business centers located in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Falcon Crest
Represented Community Dynamics in a public-private-partnership with the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency to develop a 93-home state-of-the-art community for low and moderate income families that received the HUD Secretary's Gold Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing at the NAHB's Best in American Living Awards. The development features integrated rooftop photovoltaics.
